As I promised yesterday, below is the list of the runners up for Dog Fancy Magazine’s Best Dog Parks of 2008.
Bow Wow Beach – Stow, Ohio:Â features a 3-acre swimming pool!
Broemmelsiek Park Off-Leash Dog Area – St. Charles, MO:Â so popular they had to hire security!
Frankfort Bark Park – Frankfort, Ill
Hammel Woods Forest Preserve Dog Park – Shorewood, Ill
MonDaug Bark Park – For Washington, PAÂ Love the name!
Paw OK Dog Park – Oklahoma City, OK
South Brohard Beach Paw Park – Venice, FL:Â The only beach in the county that allows dogs.
Wantage Dog Park – Wantage, NJ:Â The Garden States biggest dog park
Woof Pac Park – Santa Maria, CA:Â hosts a human barking competition every summer.
