Terrier 3-4 yr old 3# LB. Breeder Female from an Amish man near Westby, Wisc., in October. Her hips were out from unassisted whelping,from breeding with too large of a male. He had 3 females, 2 litters, and a male. She was 250, all of the $ I had at the time-she was in deplorable condition, you could see every bone in her body, and I couldn't leave her there/. The Hum. Officer said that she wouldn't have lasted out the week. Can anyone help(or give an address to help) get the word out about this man? I've had Annie for around a month, and she weighs 3 1/2 lbs.
