After an unfortunate break, one of K-9 Breeze’s bottom canine teeth needs a specially made Titanium Cap. We are asking for donations to help alleviate the cost for the handler and his family. The total surgical procedure is approximately $3,000 and has to be done on February 15th.
The Cambridge (Ohio) police department has multiple K-9’s and funding can be tough, we understand that. The local veterinarian has helped tremendously as well, however this is a costly procedure.
Due to the fact that Breeze is certified in Apprehensions, he is a great asset to his Department and the Cambridge, OH community. The tooth will improve his daily life and help him to continue as many as 8 years as a healthy and dedicated Police Officer.
HELP PK9A HELP BREEZE! The Police K9 Association wants to raise $3,000 between today and February 13th.
FUNDS TOTALING $3,000 WILL BE PROVIDED TO K-9 BREEZE’S HANDLER DIRECTLY FOR THE SURGERY.
K-9 Breeze, a 4-year old Dutch Shepherd, and his partner have been dedicated PK9A Members since 2016.
As a 501(c)3, the Police K-9 Association doesn’t receive any regular assistance outside of selling merchandise as well as holding various fundraisers. We want to do even more to assist our Teams, and to do that, we need your help!
They will post an updated status on Breeze after his surgery on their Facebook page, and I’ll pass it along here on the blog.
You can donate via PayPal or send checks payable to PK9A with a note for K-9 Breeze to:

This is the same great organization that raised funds after Jethro’s tragic death several years ago. Please help if you can.
Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
