Biker Dog
I’m trying to decide how I feel about this. My first thought was, “Oh how cute!” Followed quickly by horror when I saw them turn onto the freeway. I get that it’s a matter of personal freedom not to wear a helmet when you ride (at least in Ohio), but I do worry about this little guy. I haven’t heard any sirens this evening, so I guess they’re all okay.
And, by the way, does anyone else think the driver looks like the doctor from the old Emergency TV series?
Your thoughts? Participate in our Saturday survey on biking dogs.
Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
Dogs at the RV Park
We spent this past weekend at beautiful Tall Timbers Campground in Port Clinton, Ohio. I never thought about it, but a trailer park is a wonderful place to vacation with your dog.

Survey Saturday: Where’s Your Dog When You’re At Work?
We’ve all struggled with it: what to do with the dog for the 8+ hours we have to be away each work day. The “experts” tell us that most dogs sleep the day away while we’re at work, but have they ever seen the messes we come home to? I’m guessing my dogs must have destroyed the couch while sleepwalking??? Anyways, how have you solved the problem?

Saturday Survey: Dog events at the Olympics
Well, the Olympics started last night, and I’m glued to my television. My dogs, however, are less enamored – they’re sleeping through the whole thing. I have to think, however, if we were there, they’d be more excited. If you took your dog to the Olympics, what would he / she excel in?

Cooper, you are NOT a lap dog!
We took Cooper to the kids’ softball game last night. Friend-of-the-blogger Lisa Doyle snapped this picture of him while he was begging for her cheese popcorn. It turned out to be such a cute portrait of him, I had to share it, but I also have another point to make about the outing.

Dogs on the Subway
I spent the weekend in Toronto visiting friends, and thought this dog was just too cute. Who knew they allowed dogs to ride on the subway? And do you have to buy a ticket for them?
Anyways, this is Fin, a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. And, by the way, their fur really is very soft!
Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
