Hi! My name is Twister. I’m a rescue from the humane society. Aren’t I gorgeous? I met the Dog Lady at the ice cream stand tonight, and she asked me what I like best about summertime. Here’s my list.
This weekend is Bark in the Park at Clay’s Park near Canton, Ohio. The event started this afternoon, but I couldn’t get off work, so we didn’t get there until about 6:30 this evening, and it was all over but the crying.
As I’ve said before, my mom’s cousin-in-law is Brad Anderson, the cartoonist behind Marmaduke, which means any mention of the dog’s name usually catches my eye. Well, we’re finally getting close to the much-anticipated release of the movie Marmaduke.
An e-mail from my brother – some of these were so funny, I had to even include the cats. If you look at the bottom of each picture, the original source is noted. You’ll have to click on each picture to see the whole thing – these are just the thumbnails.

Thanks to friend-of-the-blogger Craig for sharing these wonderful pictures of his new buddy. It’s pretty exciting – apparently Cinjun’s litter mate lives with Billy Joel! This beautiful dog came from Woodleigh Farms and hunting preserve in Ontario, Canada.
I just loved Craig’s captions, so had to give you the whole show he sent!
