This one caught my eye more than most of the commercials this year. Of course, the Budweiser one with the puppy was the winner, hands down, but this was a close second.
Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!

After posting the leaked version of the Super Bowl ad earlier in the week, I got an e-mail from the fine folks at CarMax, letting me know they were getting in on the cute act, too. The human version of their ad (top) will be broadcast during the game, but they’ve also recorded a puppy version of the same ad (bottom). I have to admit, it’s pretty darn cute. (I’m showing you the human ad because the puppy version makes more sense after you see the human one.
A total of 15 talent dogs were the stars of the one-day shoot for the furry ad, and every puppy had an understudy to help accommodate naps. There are “official” hashtags for these ads if you’d like to comment on Twitter: #slowbark and #slowclap
Until next time,
Good day, and good dog!
