Rescue Video: Dog Stranded on Lake Erie Ice
Video from Cleveland NBC affiliate WKYC, showing the dog safe at home. The TV station actually played a pivotal role in organizing Kimberly’s rescue.
Apparently the family had to put down their other dog about a week before Kimberly went missing, so it’s been a challenging month for them.

It’s clear that the dogs can be rehabilitated; however, it’s also clear it takes a ton of patience and hard work to help the dog recover.
