If you’re in the Dallas area, you might stop by Veterans Memorial Park in Trophy Club, TX, to see the new sculpture from Susan Norris, called “My Hero, My Friend.”

The brass sculpture was recently featured in the Army Times, and depicts a K9 wearing a Purple Heart, mourning his fallen handler.

Truly a moving piece!
