I have to imagine this is the face the White House travel coordinator is making right now. First the chartered press plane to the G-7 Summit was delayed by several hours due to a cicada infestation in one of the power units. Next, the location of President Biden’s meeting with PM Johnson was changed due to bad weather at the primary site. Finally (we hope!) the hotel where many of the press and summit support personnel were supposed to stay was closed suddenly due to a COVID outbreak. Aye-aye-aye!
I’m hoping Westminster Weekend in its temporary home goes much smoother than this!
