We stopped for the night on our way back to Ohio from Florida at a small town in the Smoky Mountains called Bryson City. During a wonderful dinner at Anthony’s, we noticed a couple on the porch of the restaurant with their 3 dogs, Aspen, Ruby, and Bandit (L to R, I think). They were vacationing here from Florida and said the dogs would LOVE to be featured on doggies.com.

Just because it’s so pretty, I have to show you the view out my hotel window, not that it has anything to do with dogs. This is the Tuckasegee River, as seen from the porch of Riverbend Lodging.
